Services In A Nutshell

Embroidery

  • There are several ways of accomplishing embroidery patterns.  We use multi-needle machines to embroider patterns on a garment or textile of your choice.  Some garments need special techniques such as, proper stabilizers to needle choice to thread weight and machine speed.  The right combination will always guarantee a satisfactory result for you and your customer.

UV Print

  • UV printing is a digital printing process that involves the transferring of UV ink to all types of substrates and immediately cured by ultraviolet (UV) light.  Most items can accept UV ink, acrylic, plastic, glass, wood and many others.  We go through a series of tests to assure that proper adhesion is applied to each substrate.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

  • Direct to Film (DTF) is a process of transferring singular or multi-color prints onto almost any fabric without limitations.  DTG method works only on cotton fabrics and pre-treatment is needed; on the contrary, DTF can be heat pressed onto cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and more.

Sublimation

  • Sublimation printing is achieved by printing an image onto a special paper, then the image is heat pressed onto a polyester fabric.  Sublimation can be printed onto a 50/50 polyester/cotton material, however, for maximum vibrancy, it is recommended to print on 100% polyester.  Furthermore, sublimation prints can only be transferred to white-to-light color fabric.  Dark and black colors will not work.

Heat Transfer Vinyl

  • Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is a specialty material that is used to decorate an array of apparel; t-shirts, totes, hoodies, sweaters, pants, jeans, jackets, hats and many other fabric items. HTV is applied using pressure, heat and timing, which allows the vinyl to permanently adhere the garment.

Laser Engraving

  • Laser engraving is an aggressive process which the beam removes layers from the surface of the material to create the image on the substrate.

FAQ

1.     Are there any restrictions to sublimation?

a.     While sublimation is a “can’t-feel-the-design” print, there are some restrictions to consider before deciding to sublimate onto fabric(s).

9.   What is Direct-To-Film (DTF)?

a.   Direct to film is a process of printing graphic artwork to a transparency paper (DTF) and then heat press onto the garment.

10.  How does the DTF process work?

a.     Designs are sent to a RIP software for color processing and printed on DTF transfer paper.  After printing the design, adhesion powder is applied to the film and cured using a heat source, such as an oven.

11.  How durable is DTF normal wear?

a.     The washing performance of DTF is excellent.  Because the print is applied by way of hot melt, the ink is laid onto the garment with a soft hand feel.
